BRASÍLIA, BRAZIL (July 31, 2026) — Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) put on a show at the Arena Nilson Nelson with LFA 238: Distrito #1, anchored by two dynamic, stoppage victories at the top of the card.

In the night’s main event, bantamweight Herbeth Sousa locked in a picture-perfect arm-triangle choke against Paulo Portillo, securing a win with just five seconds remaining in the opening round (4:55). Sousa’s tactical victory capped off an impressive display of ground control, sending a clear message to the rest of the 135-pound division.  Sousa took his record to 20-2 with an impressive fourteen submissions.

The co-main event featured an explosive performance from welterweight Gabriel Vinicius, who needed less than a minute of the second frame to put away Claudio Nardo.
