Russian fighters Bekoev and Kuziutina sweep LFA middleweight and women’s strawweight titles at LFA 173

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — In just the second LFA title unification bout pitting champion vs. interim champion, the two promotional middleweight kingpins battled a full 25-minutes to decide the undisputed champion. In the end, Azamat Bekoev defeated Lucas Fernando via Unanimous Decision (50-45, 48-47, 49-46). In the co-main event, Natasha Kuziutina defeated Giovanna Canuto via Unanimous Decision (48-46, 48-46, 48-46) to become the LFA interim women’s strawweight champion.
