CUIABÁ, Brazil (September 5, 2025) – In front of a sold-out crowd at the Musiva in Cuiabá, Brazil, Legacy Fighting Alliance were back in Brazil for LFA 216, presented by Monster Energy, with thirteen exciting fights. Both the Main and Preliminary cards brought together some of Brazil’s top MMA prospects all vying for future glory. In the main event, Aieza Bertolso, who was fighting in front of her hometown, took on the LFA’s World Strawweight Champion, Lany Silva. Bertolso did not disappoint the crowd as she took the title from Silva with a submission by armbar in the 2nd round. It was a convincing win that took her record to 7-0. Silva dropped to 7-2. In the co-main event, Marcelo Marques kept his record unblemished at 12-0 with a unanimous decision over fellow Brazilian, Felipe Oliveira, in a highly touted lightweight bout.
