Alfred Walker wins Red River Rivalry against Landry Ward in the main event of LFA 169

DALLAS, Texas — On the Eve of the annual Red River Rivalry between rival college football powerhouses Texas and Oklahoma, LFA staged MMA’s version of the Red River Rivalry just two miles from the famed Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas. Oklahoma standout Alfred “Freight Train” Walker defeated top Texas prospect Landry “Lone Star Kid” Ward in the main event of LFA 169 via Split Decision (28-29, 30-27, 29-28) to take the interstate bragging rights back to the Sooner State. In the co-main event, Texas dynamo Kevin “Lil Dragon” Fernandez defeated top Guamanian prospect Joseph “Seay” Camacho with a slick Arm-Triangle Choke submission at 4:16 of Round 2.
