CHAPADA DOS GUIMARÃES, Mato Grosso, Brazil — On Friday, May 23rd, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 209: De Lara vs. Henrique from the Malai Manso Resort in Chapada dos Guimarães, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The main event will feature a featherweight showdown between top prospects Inglesson De Lara (10-1) and Bruno “Xinoco” Henrique (18-4).
LFA 209, presented by MONSTER ENERGY, will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, who will be joined in the booth by top-ranked UFC star Caio “The Natural” Borralho. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of Brazilian media personality Tiago Pamplona, who will work alongside UFC commentator Tarso Doria. They will call the action live inside the Malai Manso Resort in Chapada dos Guimarães, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.
Aline Minosso vs. Lorrany Santos has been removed from the card as both athletes failed to make weight. LFA 209 will proceed with thirteen bouts, which includes the Featherweight Showdown at the top of the card.
