CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee — On Thursday, August 27th, LFA hosted the official weigh-in for LFA 240 at F & M Bank Arena in Clarksville, TN.

LFA 240 is headlined by a lightweight bout between Luis Gomez (11-6) and Dedrek Sanders (11-5), with Akbarjon Islomboev (11-2) taking on Elvis Silva (15-9) in a featherweight co-main event.

LFA 240, presented by Monster Energy, will feature veteran MMA broadcaster Ron Kruck alongside analyst Cub Swanson, a former UFC fighter and UFC Hall of Fame inductee, on commentary.

LFA 240 will air live in the United States on VICE TV at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT, and across Latin America on ESPN Deportes and ESPN KnockOut.

All fighters successfully made weight with the exception of Akbarjon Islomboev, Alexander Schenk, and Jarred Gonzales, whose bouts against Elvis Silva, Francisco Hernandez, and Chuy Rodriguez, respectively, will proceed as scheduled following the appropriate penalties. LFA 240 will move forward with a full fight card.
