VENTURA, California — On Thursday, August 21st, LFA hosted the official weigh-in for LFA 215: Miranda vs. Barzilay from the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach in Ventura, California. The top of the card will feature two world title fights. In the main event, LFA lightweight champion Richie Miranda (11-1) makes his first title defense against undefeated Israeli standout Ilay Barzilay (7-0). In the co-main event, flyweight world champion Eduardo “Chapolin” Henrique (13-2) defends his belt against Canadian contender Devon Lozej (8-2).
LFA 215, presented by Monster Energy, will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck alongside former
UFC star Gilbert “El Niño” Melendez. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of media personality Tiago Pamplona working with UFC commentator Tarso Doria. They will call the action live inside the Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura, California. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 10:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. PT.

All athletes successfully made weight with the exception of Natalya Speece and Eric Shelton. Their bouts will proceed as scheduled, with both athletes paying a penalty to their respective opponents. LFA 215 will proceed with a full fight card, including two world title fights at the top of the bill.
