KROPSCHOT TAKES THE BELT IN LFA 226

CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee (February 6, 2026) — The promotion returned to Downtown Clarksville at F&M Bank Arena for the 226th edition of LFA, presented by Monster Energy.  The event was headlined by a championship main event, as undefeated Ukrainian champion David Allakhverdiev defended his title against California contender Joe Kropschot.  The co-main event was headlined by Dedrek Sanders’ second fight in LFA against LFA newcomer, Nikolai Kiosse in a lightweight fight.  The Clarksville crowd was in for a jam-packed night as thirteen fights were scheduled between the main and preliminary cards on Friday night.

Allakhverdiev was defending his title for the first time and also came in undefeated, but unfortunately, his title run was short-lived as Kropschot was able to end the fight with a rear naked choke hold in the second round.  Kropschot finished the night as the new LFA Middleweight World Champion and took his record to 8-3.  In the co-main event, Sanders came out swinging in the final round as he knocked down Kiosse with a left hook and proceeded with a number of knees to the body.  The referee stopped the fight and declared Sanders the winner.

The results of the other fights can be found below.  The LFA heads back to the West Coast for LFA 227 on February 27, 2026 with an appearance in Ventura, California at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.  The main event will feature long-time LFA veteran Rafael “Mulisha” do Nascimento (11-3) taking on dangerous Japanese standout Shuya Kamikubo (16-2-1) in a bantamweight showdown that pits experience against international pedigree.  Tickets are available now at LFATIX.com. The event will be broadcast LIVE in the United States on VICE TV.
