CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee (February 5, 2026) — On Thursday, February 5th, LFA hosted the official weigh-in for LFA 226 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview. The event will be headlined by a championship main event, as undefeated Ukrainian champion David Allakhverdiev (7-0) makes the first defense of his LFA title against California contender Joe Kropschot (7-3).

LFA 226: ALLAKHVERDIEV vs. KROPSCHOT, presented by Monster Energy takes place Friday, February 6th at the F&M Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville, TN. The event will feature a stacked lineup of top emerging talent from across the United States and around the world.

The broadcast team will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, alongside former UFC star and Strikeforce champion Gilbert Melendez, calling the action live from cageside. The event will be broadcast LIVE in the United States on VICE TV, beginning at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT / 6 p.m. PT.

The main event will see David Allakhverdiev, representing Ukraine, return to the cage following a dominant rise to the top of the division. Sporting a perfect 7-0 professional record, the champion has quickly established himself as one of the most promising titleholders in the LFA. Standing across from him will be Joe Kropschot, a battle-tested California-based challenger, eager to seize the biggest opportunity of his career by dethroning the undefeated champion.

All fighters made weight for the event with the exception of two fighters. Due to a significant weight miss, Christian Echols’ bout has been cancelled, while the remaining bout will proceed as scheduled with a penalty paid to the opponent. With championship stakes at the top of the card and a full slate of competitive matchups, LFA 226 is set to deliver another action-packed night of elite mixed martial arts in Clarksville.
